We had some weird problem here for a while, a bunch of the December posts went up as 2009 instead of 2008. I guess the server time was wrong for a bit or something.
Anyways, I've since fixed it, which involved changing the dates on all the posts. But one of the side effects was we didn't see comments.

I'm sorry I haven't been around much; those of you paying attention may have noticed I never even updated my availability page throughout December.
We were hosting my family for Christmas this year and that involved an awful lot of planning, shopping, wrapping, cooking, baking, etc that has kept me very busy. I hope to be more available in January. Meanwhile...

As many of you know, I used to be a truck driver, before I decided to settle down in PA with Talia.
I didn't get out to CA often, usually they only send teams out that far, and I only drove team briefly. But I have driven the exact bit of highway in this video.
One driver had a cam and caught the rollover of the other truck, which was quite obviously going too damned fast.

Not sure whether to categories this under fetish (for the giantess fetish) or political (for the folks who made the video) or what.
Melissa Etheridge is my favorite musician of all time. I mean, her music is the biggest turn on outside of sex for me. I was listening to an album the other day, and this song came on.
Melissa said she wrote this song about how overwhelmed she was when she visited Germany after the Berlin Wall came down. The song first came out when the first gay marriages were occurring in San Francisco and that is the association it has always had for me. This is a follow-up on my previous post about how to install an RSS feeder in a Niteflirt ad. We were seeing an intermittent problem with the Flash RSS reader we were using in our Niteflirt ads, so looked for a better solution.
Our criteria: it had to work and it had to be free. There's lots more out there if you Google for "Flash RSS reader," but we only looked at the freebies. Here's what we ended up with:

We had a bit of an issue after we upgraded our Joomla installation: the box for adding comments in our blog was not showing intermittently. We installed and upgrade to the yvComment extension in hopes of fixing the problem.
Unfortunately during this process, we lost the URLs many of you link to your comments due to a Joomla bug.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure this out, so am blogging about it so as to pass on the knowledge to other PSOs.
Basically, I wanted to put an RSS feed of the Sadistic Domme blog into my Niteflirt ad. But there's a lot of limitations to what you can do with a Niteflirt ad. Because of those limitations, most of the ways to publish your RSS feed into your ad won't work.
